Handling of personal data
Personal data represents information which can be used to identify individuals, that is, information which traces back to individuals, including the name, e-mail address or telephone number. However, personal data also includes data on preferences, hobbies, memberships or the websites which users accessed.

The Provider collects, uses and transfers personal data only in cases where this is legally permissible or where the User consented to data collection.

Registration
Data provided during registration will be used to make use of the offer. Users may be informed by e-mail about information relevant to the offer or registration, such as changes in the scope of the offer or technical circumstances. The data which is collected is highlighted in the registration form.

Contact
Whenever Users contact the Provider (e.g. by using the contact form or by e-mail), their personal data is collected to process that query and to be able to provide answers to follow-up questions.

Newsletter
The newsletter informs you about us and about our offers. If you want to receive the newsletter, we need to have your valid e-mail address and information which allows us to confirm that you own the e-mail address you provided or that the e-mail address owner consents to receiving the newsletter; we collect no other data. This data will only be used for sending the newsletters, it will not be transferred to third parties.

When subscribing to the newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of your registration. Storage only has the purpose of being able to show that third parties misuse an e-mail address and subscribe to the newsletter without the e-mail address owner being aware of this.

You may revoke your consent to data and e-mail address storage and use for newsletter delivery at any time. Unsubscribing is possible via a link included in each newsletter, your personal area on the website or a notification to the parties to contact referred to above.

Cookies
When Users access the offer, single or several cookies will be stored on their computers. Cookies are small files which contain a specific string and which identify your browser. Cookies help the Provider to increase the comfort and quality of their services, e.g. by storing the Users’ settings. Cookies cause no damage to the Users’ computers and contain no viruses.
